What countries do you ship to?
We ship to most countries. Sadly there are some countries we're not able to ship to due to carrier restrictions, but we'll continue to work on it. We are not able to ship to:
Afghanistan, Iraq, Jordan, Yemen, Algeria, Angola, Burundi, Congo - Brazzaville, Congo - Kinshasa, Liberia, Libya, Nigeria, Sierra Leone, Somalia, South Sudan, Sudan, Togo, Zimbabwe, Brazil, Paraguay, Bosnia & Herzegovina, Montenegro, Serbia, Saudi Arabia, Romania and Russia.
How fast is your turnaround time?
Typically production and delivery is anywhere from 4-6 business days depending on your location in the world. However we cannot guarantee this. For more details on delivery time, check out our shipping information page.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs vary based on location and will be displayed at checkout after adding your shipping details. We offer competitive shipping rates across the world and offer free shipping on all orders in the UK. If you have any specific requirements, just drop us an email.
Why shop The Dreamers Society?
We are a small business that operate as a sole trader from Edinburgh, Scotland. Our checkout uses Shopify Payments and Paypal, for 100% secure and safe transactions. Meaning Shopify or Paypal will handle your transaction and will send your payment on to us after completion, so we will never see any payment details. We want you to love your items, so if anything you buy isn't perfect, just let our friendly support team know and they'll do everything in their power to fix the problem or give you a full refund. However please be aware that many of our products are made to order, and so cannot be refunded or exchanged unless there is a quality issue or manufacturing error.
Are your products ethically made?
Yes. Where possible we use SOL organic products which are produced to high ethical standard and carry several certifications:
- PETA certified - vegan and cruelty free.
- Oeko-Tex certified - no harmful chemicals.
- Amfori membership - sustainable trade.
- Fair Wear Foundation membership - ensuring fair labour conditions in the manufacturing process.
- Cascale membership - sustainable practices as measured by the
Higg Index.
How is The Dreamers Society paying it forward?
The Dreamers Society is able to donate 10% of profits to Make a Wish UK, helping to make dreams come true for our most vulnerable children.
