All items are made to order. UK delivery typically takes 4–5 working days.

Why does it take this long?
Each piece is created once your order is placed. This allows us to focus on quality, reduce waste, and produce more intentionally.
Where do you ship from?
All orders are produced and shipped from the UK.
Will I receive tracking information?
Yes — once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive an email with tracking details so you can follow its journey.

Can I change or cancel my order?
As each item is made to order, we’re unable to make changes once your order has been placed.
